1. Refund Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. If the item was shipped with free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
2. Return Address: Items must be sent directly to the Dr.Melaxin warehouse by the customer.

1. STANDARD DELIVERY COSTS - Singapore deliveries are managed by our logistics partners. We offer FREE SHIPPING for all orders above $50.00. Flat shipping fee $5.00 will be charged for all orders under $50.
2. Orders placed before 23:59PM Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) usually ship within 1-2 business days during non-sale periods. Please note that during times of exceptional volume during major sale periods your shipping time may be extended by several days. Rest assured we are trying to get your purchases to you as fast as possible.
3. Generally, the delivery will be completed within 1-3 business days from the ordering date. Once the delivery begins, you can track the process via email with a tracking number. - You can track your order by using the tracking number provided in the delivery notification sent when the product is dispatched or by visiting Dr.Melaxin Mall.
Q. Is it okay to use daily basis?
The product is designed for daily use, and it can be used every day. usage to every 2-3 days. However, for pore pads containing AHA ingredients, we do not recommend using them more than once a day. If you experience any irritation, we advise spacing out usage to every 2-3 days.
Q. Can I use it if I have sensitive skin?
BP products have received a 0.00 result in skin irritation tests. Therefore, they can be safely used even on sensitive skin.
Q. Is it safe to use if my skin feels tingly and becomes red during usage?
Yes, it is possible. It is a common reaction that occurs during the process of Spicule delivering nutrients deep into the skin. Mild warmth may persist for more than 24 hours, but you can use it with confidence and continue using it consistently to achieve the desired effect.
Q. How long do I need to use it to see results?
We recommend using the product consistently for at least one month, as the typical turnover cycle of normal skin is 28 days.

The product has passed sensitivity skin tests and is safe for use even by pregnant women. However, due to hormonal fluctuations, it may cause skin redness and potential breakouts. During sensitive periods, we recommend consulting a healthcare professional before use.
