Dr.melaxin(melaxin.sg) is a dedicated website for our Singapore customers. We currently only ship within Singapore borders for orders placed here.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
[Dr.Melaxin 100% Refund Policy]
1. Refund Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. If the item was shipped with free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
2. Return Address: Items must be sent directly to the Dr.Melaxin warehouse by the customer.
3. Refund Request Period: Refunds must be requested within 14 days of receiving the product.
4. Product Limit: A maximum of one product per individual is eligible for a 100% refund.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

All exchanges and returns must be approved by the Dr.Melaxin Customer Center and changed requests can be rejected without prior notice. If the parcel is unclaimed and returned, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost. Dr.Melaxin is not responsible for unclaimed parcels.

*Important Notes*
1. Contact Customer Service: Before initiating a return, customers must first contact Customer Service to submit a return request and then send the product according to the provided instructions.
2. Return Authorization: Once your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to ship the return. Products returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
3. Prepaid Shipping: Customers are responsible for prepaid shipping for returns. Refunds will not be processed for receiver-paid shipments.
4. Refund Shipping Costs: In the event of a refund due to unavoidable circumstances, Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. If the item was shipped with free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
Shipping
1. STANDARD DELIVERY COSTS
- Singapore deliveries are managed by our logistics partners. We offer FREE SHIPPING for all orders above $50.00. Flat shipping fee $5.00 will be charged for all orders under $50.
2. Orders placed before 23:59PM Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) usually ship within 1-2 business days during non-sale periods. Please note that during times of exceptional volume during major sale periods your shipping time may be extended by several days. Rest assured we are trying to get your purchases to you as fast as possible.
3. Generally, the delivery will be completed within 1-3 business days from the ordering date. Once the delivery begins, you can track the process via email with a tracking number.
- You can track your order by using the tracking number provided in the delivery notification sent when the product is dispatched or by visiting Dr.Melaxin Mall.
4. Changes to shipping information (delivery address, recipient, delegated location, etc.) can only be made before dispatch (shipment). Please contact our customer service team for inquiries, and we will check the possibility of changes and provide guidance accordingly.
If the shipment (dispatch) has already been completed promptly,
please understand that it may not be possible to change the delivery information.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we can assist with a refund or replacement within 30 days of purchase. Please be sure to reference your order number with all communications with our customer service team for faster processing.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
